have a tough time using your machine?
Answer:
Our boutiques are very simple to use, browse our Online
Boutique Simulator (Same as at the boutiques)
1) Touch the screen with the swimming sturgeon
2) Select the item you would like to purchase
3) Enter an email address, if you require a receipt
4) Pay the exact amount with cash
5) Take out the product and enjoy
Question:
How can I be assured of your product's freshness from the machine?
Answer:
Our machines are restocked frequently. Our caviar boutiques store all
products at optimal temperature, light, and oxygen levels at all times. Our
machines are monitored
24/7 and communicate with us in real time at every second
of the day. If a problem were to arise at a machine, the machine immediately
goes into lock down mode
and doesn't allow anything to be purchased until the
problem is resolved.
Question:
I never had caviar before and love to try new things, since the machines are
unmanned, is there a way to contact you if I have
questions?
Answer:

questions instantly and are always there for you when you need us.
Question:
Can I use my credit card at the boutiques?
Answer:
No, The boutiques only accept cash at this time. The denominations accepted
are $1, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 bills (USD Currency). Also the machines
maintain a credit balance at the end of a purchase. For Example, If an item
costs $80.00 and you insert $100.00 bill, at the end of the transaction you will
be
asked if you would like to use the remaining credit of $20.00 for your next
purchase. If you select yes, then the following purchase will have a $20.00
deduction instantly.
Question:
I just bought some caviar from the machine, how should I store it?
Answer:
Simply store the caviar in the coldest part of your fridge
Please note the caviar is ready to eat once fully thawed out.
For optimal results, store the unopened caviar jar or tin in the coldest part of
the fridge for 12-24 hours
Question:
My event is in a week, should I wait to buy it closer to my event date or how
long should it stay perfect in my fridge at home?
Answer:
You may buy the caviar today, but by doing so you must store it in as close
to optimal temperature, as possible. To achieve best results place a frozen
icepack
in the coldest part of your fridge (usually at the meat tray at the
bottom). Place the unopened caviar as you received it from the machine and put a
frozen ice pack
underneath it. Change out the icepack once it becomes defrosted
with a new frozen icepack. If you follow these steps, the caviar will remain
perfect for about 2-3 weeks.
Question:
I just bought some caviar at the boutique, how soon should I get it to my
fridge?
Answer:
You have an hour and a half travel time, from the time the caviar was
purchased at the boutique. Please keep the caviar out of direct sunlight during
the drive.
It is recommended for clients to bring a portable lunchbox/cooler
with them when getting caviar at the boutiques for easy and quick transport of
the caviar.
